Have you tried enabling the flex fuel logic and filling in the appropriate flex fuel tables, so set your stoich to 14.08(assuming your're in the US that's stoich for e10). Then set stoich minimum to 9.6, and stoich maximum to 14.7. You will also want to adjust the other flex fuel tables found under "open and closed loop". From here the car will auto adjust its stoich value based on E%.

What makes you think its compensating to 14.7 if you set your stoich value to 9.6?

Can you set your wideband to read out in Lambda? Makes it a lot easier to tune since the ECM works off lambda as well.

Exactly. If you're trying to use a WB calibrated for fuel (and likely not even calibrated at the correct fuel stoich), then its still going to read 14.6-ish even though you're running E85 with a stoich of 9.7-ish. That's because its converting the lambda reading to an AFR based on some preprogrammed stoich value. Switch to lambda and tune in lambda.....always.
