    no start after flash

Am I the only one experiencing this, I have 4 cars 06, 07, 08, mustang gt's, and a fifth that I am affraid to pull the file until I know this is fixed
after flashing with 3.0 vehicle goes into no start, originally 2.5 would flash if I had a previously saved file, but even pulling the files with 2.5 now yields the same results.
I was given a recovery file for one, which would not log any sae inputs so made it relatively difficult to tune
then I was told that the issue is resolved and proceed with tuning, only to find the issue is still there.
    at wits end.
I have the latest downloads of 2.24, 2.25, 3.0, 3.1, and nothing works. Got some angry customers though.

for what its worth the files I used that "worked" were from september
so somewhere between then and the 3.0 release they changed something in software that is corrupting the files, or its not pulling everything out, either way, the car is dead, and hooking any scanner to it they cannot identify the vehicle, just like its a blank pcm

I had the same exact issue last week and everyone that I had this issue had previously at some point in its life been tuned by sct software the fix was reloading the factory software with ford oasis and everything was good to go after that.....Idk if this is the same case for you or not but I'm almost afraid to tune anybody stuff now after this happening to 3 cars

yes I have 1 down right now and 4 cars in the lot waiting for tunes, that I am afraid to touch
as a matter of fact I am pretty sure that they have all had sct tuners at some point
they have been reverted to stock, but who knows if sct actually does that

    has not been resolved
    I have used 2.25, 3.0, 3.1
    nothing has corrected this
If I pulled the file before September with 2.25, I can flash those files back in using 2.25, 3.0, 3.1
after September, any file I pulled will result in a no start

one car I was given a recovery file to load back in which started the car, however the file was not right, nothing would log correctly, no sae logging, even used different scanners, snap on verus, autel, otc, nothing would log parameters correctly,

this is frustrating, I have now had 3 customers leave pissed, and others I am telling not to bring till this is resolved.
I am loosing tons of money now, and feel like I am being given the run around for far too long

    here is the fix,
You have to load a factory calibration into the car, whether via hptuners, or factory ford software, then tune away. Unfortunately until there is an actual fix in the software I beleive this is the only way to get the car moving again

That's what ive been having to do is load using Ford IDS....so did you just pull a stock tune out of the repository or you using the stock tune that you read to begin with?

the stock tune that was read from the car is no good, apparently sct is leaving something out(which I don't quite understand, as 2.25 used to work, as I did many tunes on cars reverted back to stock using hpt), I even had a car that I tuned in september and ran till February , where he came back for some changes, and all of a sudden no start, and was blamed on sct, even though it worked all those months)
Anyway, I used a passthru pro 3 and factory ford programming software to load a completely stock tune, then tuned away. I did get validate checksum failure on a few files but after throwing a temper tantrum on here keith and alonzo got me fixed up that day
I will say this, any ford that comes in, in the future I will just flash to factory stock, because in all honesty the programming costs $33 for 3 days, and I easily spent 4-5 hours on getting these things fixed. So, $33 is money well spent, vs the hundreds I lost in down time!!!!!

Well hopefully they get whatever it is fixed because I have access to Ford IDS software but its at my buddies shop across town and its gonna get old loading it up on a rollback every time just to tune.

    Any update on this?

I'm weary to attempt a tune on an 08 GT' after reading this.

Had no problems in the past when 2.25 was out, but now I see this.
