2006 For E350 6.0L PSD Fan Test

Hello,
I have been trying to figure out where I am able to change the percent engagement of the vistronic radiator fan clutch on my 6.0L PSD. I need to use this to diagnose an issue I am having with fan functionality. The normal on/off buttons, I have used on other vehicles, in the scanner software are greyed out (which makes sense since it is variable engagement). I searched through the forum a bit but no luck. Is the software capable of this? Can anyone point me to the correct spot to do this? (maybe including a screen shot)

I haven't played with it but it should kick on 100% at 253 Engine oil temp according to the programming.
