Have you disabled the associated CELs under the Engine Diagnostics tab?

Only the 2 that popped up do I need to disable the rest of them?

Alright I ended up turning both evap switches back on and putting all the cels for the evap to no error reported and my fuel trims are working correctly

OK well fuel trims are working and ltft will now work but b1 will run rich and b2 will run lean.....sounds like mechanical issue? I changed o2 sensors and plugs same result then I part way into a log I get it goes from closed loop normal to closed loop fault and fuel trims are perfect and correlate with each other and runs like a champ.....whatever it's faulting out for must be the problem is there anyway of reading the fault because there are no mil lights....seems like the evap is tied into the fueling logic and you can't just turn it off there's gotta be some way around it

sometimes after a flash it can take a while before LTFT get active. also, I don't recommend incorporating STFT into your tuning strategy, I have found that when STFT are compensating for things like EVAP or other incorporated events other than standard airflow-fueling corrections the LTFT do not pick up the STFT corrections and get saved. LTFT only seem to update when STFT are only dealing with airflow-fueling.

Better to tune in open loop but if using trims, just use LTFT and wait as long as possible before using them; give them lots of time to update.

OK I will start using ltft to tune with I usually get it close with stft then turn the ltft back on and see where it's at from there but my problem is that I can have b2 were it's almost perfect and b1 my left will be out 20% on the rich side but when it goes into closed loop fault mode the fuel trims are perfect then when it goes back to CL normal the trims are out of wack again

I did a car identical to this one not too long ago almost same exact mods except this car had an evap delete....I know on the 99-04 cars with sct if you deleted the evap you had to turn the switches off and all mil lights for it to work you couldn't just turn off the switches or it wouldn't adjust fuel based on fuel trim readings or give ltft reading...I feel like hp tuners is missing something to fully disable the evap system

well given it's infancy in ford tuning I am sure HPT is missing a lot of stuff....best thing you can do is make requests to Eric or to support to get them added if you know for sure there is something available elsewhere.
