Try logging everything in
engine / spark & ignition / advance
it will show you whats adding and subtracting timing. my guess is torque mgt isn't totally disabled
The Ve tables needs alot of work still, mega choppy and needs to be smooth throughout.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.
If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.
