Confused - Hits a wall at 3200 rpms through 4200

Figured I would start a new thread for this one.

Background - Car was tuned by two other tuners - One on street, Second on Dyno. Car hits a wall right at 3200 rpms and will last through 4200. As far as I know it has had straight pipe exhaust installed, CAI, BOV, Treadstone piece installed on turbo - but turbo appears original - not 100%, 4 inch intercooler, boost display - not sure if it's actually a controller or not - did not find any way to adjust...

Originally I thought I got this out as it just disappeared then it came back? You can actually watch the MAF all but stall - air fuel stays at 13, then it'll take off again, but immediately after words start losing boost down to 15psi. Was wondering about a turbo stall possibility or choke point? It also dials back timing at this same area, but was able to slightly fix this (got it to at least maintain 10 advance) and problem was still 100% present...

I know the air fuel when taking off in these logs is very lean, changed tuning approach on fueling and still need to dial in the correction table...

Has anyone had or experienced anything like this?

    Thanks in Advance...

I know quite a few on here still don't have the new 3.0, so I'm just posting some screen shots to try and help out... Obvious things - knock at the trouble area / DC for turbo drops off - due to knock and engine safety's taking over (? - not sure) / Engine load always as it's peak - has been up to 320 in this area before? - Is it possible my air load is still too high - not high enough? I tried lowering this and didn't seem to do anything. Tried raising and lowering spark tables in the effected areas - nothing.... Scratching my head on this one....
