I tried the table and the car wouldn´t even start until i added 25units to the VE-table. And it also made my idle go up 100rpm (maybe it settles later?)

The table is correct for the injectors you specified.

I'm not surprised that the VE table moved on you though. Probably the old injector and flowrate in your calibration was off.

now that i have raised my VE by 25, should i change my cranking VE aswell?

If the car starts right up, no.
If you have long crank times with no fire yes.
If the car starts and then acts up it's a different table:

Yes, It doesn´t start right away... and when it does it idles rough and when i touch the gas it almost dies

Are you logging your STIT & LTIT in gear & LTIT Pk/neutral (Airflow trims, not fuel )
If they are going very positive, thats part of the problem. I log in g/sec but you can do it in lbs/hr if you wish.

No i havent logged STIT....

Should i change my cranking VE back to stock?

I should log from cold to hot, right? with gear and without gear? more than one time? reset fuel trims?

I can use the included histogram from the scanner, named idle desired airflow ?

Cant you make two histograms(using ltit and stit), one in gear and one in neutral... for idiots like me
