3 bar SD support

Brand new to HPT --I have a 2007 LQ4 with OS 12597120--I have not licensed it yet. My plan was to use this on a 3 bar speed density
setup. When I look at the OS it says that the 3bar enhanced is not available. Is this correct info? Can anyone shed light on this for me?
I sure don't want to license this ecm if I cant get the 3 bar enhancement and if I cannot I just wonder why the enhancement isn't supported.
This ECM would seem to be as common as dirt.

They don't support 3bar on some OS for various reasons. Usually not enough memory.

Would be nice if a list was provided so we could find an applicable OS to start with.
