    RPM Drop Manual 2.2

    Hello,
Im currently working on a 2009 G5 E37 with a 2.2l manual trans. Customer is not happy with how the rpm will not drop when the clutch is pressed in. Im stumped with how to make this engine speed drop faster between shifts. I played around with throttle follower tables and they seamed to have no effect. any ideas?

Also, trying to remove the shift light, unlike the trucks I do not see a section for this. Is their a way to take care of it via tune?

    any input is helpful.
    Thanks

Try lowering the spark advance in the top row of both high and low octane tables. Mainly the .08g/cyl cells. I have mine modified above 1400rpm. Just beware. Anything below 0 will cause popping when the throttle closes. I have mine deliberately at -5 for gurgling and popping on decel on my automatic. Also I wouldn't screw with the throttle follower tables. I did once; never again. It made the car fall on it's face on light tip-in acceleration.

I will give that a try around 5 deg. in advance. Thank you for the reply!
Also, is their any other ideas for this?
    Thanks
