Actually, if saw what you are alluding to, it zeros the axis because they compare....so you end up with no access values, correct?

2.24 was broken for copying axis over in many cases as well.

This is something we're working on fixing in 3.1 beta.

2.24 worked perfectly, 3.0 does not,

IE custom OS for e38 changing the top axis did work in 2.24, does not work in 3.0

every day there is more that is broken in 3.0.. was it actually tested?

Hang On...... Why has Dale been banned?
Offering constructive critisim over the latest software flaws that are apparent.

Its Clear that the New scanner is without doubt Buggy. By removing the 2.24 Stable version completely is a poor service considering to contact support yeild a minmum 2-3day turn around for a response which is pathetic.

If a customer travel 4hrs to have a car tuned and can tune becasue of dodgey software its a waste of time and money for all involed( Except Hpt as you take the money for the use of the software upfront)

Your Now claiming to be releasing 2.24 to run along side but are going to wait untill the 3.0 bugs are sorted. Does that mean 1,2,3,4,5 years time?
The software had the 2weeks message poping up for months. Why not run 2.24 scanner and leave the 3.0 in beta till bugs are sorted.

But Banning someone for telling you how it is and when your not telling the truth is poor form and it wont get your software fixed by hussing people.
When it was Beta most respected the rule of dont go to forum with issues.
Its not Beta anymore it is the stable version

We have less than a 24 hour turnaround on support emails with the exception of weekends.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Poor attitude doesn't help motivate the HP Tuners team to continue to develop products that solve the problems tuners face.

    Keith,
I dont see any attitutude in what is written above??I do how ever emphathise with Dale and the masses of unhappy users since the implemantation of the latest version.
When you post on your facebook page "I hope you have it right this time or having it uninstall 2.24 is going to bite you hard" then
HpTuners official response is "(HP Tuners) It's right. 2.25 was in beta for long enough. "
So everyone does the latest update which removes all the old versions including the Scanner config files, Now have heaps many problems automaticly its the customers fault?
Your product which was purchased and the consumer pays you a ongoing royalty for every vehicle that is tuned in most situations. This is a fee to use a fully function program with all the features available.

When there are things broken missing like basic things like Actual scantool function to read DTC or realtime tuning, which for year we had to pay a addtional 1-2 credits per car to use. Do we receive a refund for all the RTT credits that we cannot use because the "Fully working software" Does not?

Ok so i will try this less attitude version so please dont take offfence
    Good evening Sir/Hpt support,
I believe some features aren't functioning in your new version, hence therefore moreover, I request some additional support to correct these unfortunate oversights in prompt manner. The dissatisfation with up-to-minute version with oppresive support has everyone iksome
    Kindest regards
    Hptuners Customer

You speak of these masses of unhappy users, where are they? We've had a few that are trying to represent "the masses", but "the masses" seem to be overall pleased with 3.0.

3.0 can open up 2.24 config files.

We're working on the DTC issue. It was only brought up to us in the past few days.

RTT and all of our VCM Enhancements have been free for quite some time. We will still be providing an RTT solution to supplement 3.0.

    Already back with the attitude...

I *THINK* we'll be able to get the axis copy in compare working in the 3.2 release, which will be in about 2-3 weeks, otherwise, it will be in 3.4.
