07 cummins timing?

I data logged my basically stock 07 cummins efilive tune tonight with hptuners. My timing values seemed to show about 20* higher than what I am commanding in my tune. Has anybody else seen similar scan tool results? I will attach the log. Again this is a mostly stock 07 cummins file in efilive.

Yes. I am not sure how new but I believe 2007.5 to 2010.

I am working on a 2007.5 6.7 with twin turbo now.
