I installed my 30-0333 today in my 07 Z and it works in that I can select the channel and then in the charts I can select what appears to be the same PID for WB EQ ratio 1 (SAE) if I search for it but when you open up the charts layout and select parameters and look for the same OBD Controller folder it is not there so I search for the PID and it came up under something else and appears to be reading the same as in the channels list and the AEM gauge. The main issue though is logging EQ ratio error in the charts. IT does not seem to be reading properly. My lambda is right around the commanded when looking at it but the EQ error is saying as much as -21% and bouncing up and down from there. Does anyone know if there is a way to make it read properly and not so off? I mean my lambda is not sitting 21% when looking at it compared to commanded.

If you had another WB installed previous make sure you delete the channel for it. Otherwise it's trying to average the reading from the old one + new one since it thinks you're running two WB's

ok good then i am not alone.lol Now I have to figure out how to route the cables into the car cleaner than i have it now going through the gap in the cowl into the door space which does pinch it a bit in the weather stripping of the door. Do you know if there is an area to route the cable in that is cleaner through and existing firewall opening someplace?

I ran the O2 sensor and power wires through firewall on passenger side (had to drill a hole though). But I have a mess of cables inside the car now between HPT and the AEM cables going to OBD interface. I added an extension to at least get the connectors out of the way a little bit.

The 04 Corvette/GTO PCMs is there any way to get them to output to J1979 CAN protocol?

    ......I am brand new.
    I just installed 2 AEM 0333's.
I just opened the box of my HP Tuners.
Can someone lead me in the right direction, or page in a thread to get these widebands working for datalogging?

    what model/year vehicle?

I have never used two of them, so I think you'll have to change the settings on one of them to designate it "bank 2"

What I would try first is only connect one of them.

Engine on, WB powered up, open VCM Scanner. Connect to vehicle

Hit re-poll for support parameters under the Vehicle menu

After that is done, right click in the channels list, hit add parameter. Search for "WB EQ Ratio". Hit the gear icon w/green check mark to filter it down to only stuff you can actually log

WB EQ Ratio 1 should show up in the list of available channels. Double click on it to add it to your list of channels.

I'll post screenshots later, don't have enough time right now

Gotcha. K just making sure it'll work on your car. Shouldn't have any issues with that one.

Here are a few screenshots from mine.. not a step by step but at least shows you what you're looking for

    That really helped. Thanks again.
Another nubbie question, what do I need to click after I highlight that channel/pid?
....I'm as green as it gets with this stuff.

Just double click on WB EQ Ratio 1, then close that window.

That will add it to the list of stuff you're logging, it should show up in the channel list (second screenshot)

Just a note. You have to change the ECU ID and the PID for the 2nd unit, using the Gauge UI.
The default for the #1 unit is PID $24 & ECU ID $7E6
To set up a 2nd channel, set the PID to $25 and the ECU to $7E7

I think AEM changes the ECU ID display to just show 1..7 instead of 07E1 .. 07E7

I believe HPTuners dropped support for this mode, somewhere along the line. So, the 30-0333 currently works only with the CAN based ECUs.

That is correct, only works on CAN based vehicles unfortunately

You can add 2 pins to the connector that plugs into the gauge and then have a 0-5V analog output that is extremely fast, if needed
