the parameter is logging correctly in the histogram, it is just the graph that is not populating correctly. That is what leads me to believe there is a bug somewhere.

An "are you sure you want to close the gauge screen you just spent an hour on without saving" pop-up would be cool

    Same issues here.

    ltft+ stft pid.PNG ltft pid.PNG

As you can see everything is configured the same but the ltft graph only populates the top row while the ltft + stft populates the appropriate row.

Anyone else having an issue where the scanner will stop logging on some or all channels? Sometimes it will stop logging the wideband, sometimes it will stop logging everything except the wideband, and sometimes it will stop logging everything. I have replaced the USB cable, and tried it with 2 different widebands and also with the wideband disconnected. I don't know if it is a software issue, because I haven't done any logging in a few months, and updated before I started retuning my car. I could really use a copy of 2.24 so I could try that, I don't have the CD any more.

In the scanner when you load a log file does it automatically load all data?

I haven't loaded any logs, I am just scanning the car and it stops.

can you make it so it DOES NOT auto open the file every time you open the software. its a pain in the ass, it slows it down and for people like my self that are doing different cars every day its a pain..

I wish I had saved 2.24 before I loaded it, or if they would post an attachment where we can get it in case we need it.

You don't have to save everything like you did in 2.24.

3.0 maintains your changes between sessions. See: http://www.hptuners.com/help/vcm-sca...hitecture.html

Yes, you no longer need to "load all data" in the graphs

So, say I build a gauge screen, accidentally hit the x to close. How do I get it back?

You mean, the PREVIOUS gauge layout?

If you hit x to close, you'll keep whatever changes you made.

This is where 3.0 differs than 2.24 though. You CAN save individual layouts from displays (gauge/chart/graph) for future reference, or you can save the entire layout as a whole (using the tool bar buttons at the top).

Those open/save icons in the Layout Editors are only for saving off-line copies of the layouts for sharing/archival purposes.

    see here: http://www.hptuners.com/help/vcm-scanner/index.html?gauge.html

The Layout Editor controls the contents of the display. You do not need to save your changes to a file for them to take effect.
