    I just flashed the 69 Silverado w/ 2014/2015 hybrid ecu and was successful. Reason its a hybrid ECU is it was sent to the tuner for them to erase VATS to start with and then once running, I would use my HPTuners to tweak little stuff when needed. Long story short, it was needed to relash the ecu with a 2014 file and Successfully deleted vats and truck runs. I am now in VCM scanner and want to look around and seems like absolutely nothing is there, go to DTC, and its just blank information. Controls and Special Functions is absolutely blank. It says its connected to the vehicle. Go to Start Scan and nothing starts logging.. Key is on, and also tried engine running.. no difference... any help? probably will make my own thread here in a bit.

    thanks

    "TheTuningSchool" has a great YouTube video on the 2.25 beta that was helpful for me to get started. I have very little time invested, but so far I like it.

    Perhaps there isn't a 2 bar OS available for that OS

    Post the tune and I will see if it shows up on mine. My truck is an e38 and has no 2/3 bar os options.

    I must have missed that post. Thanks for the help anyway.

    Now that I have applied the 2bar OS, the Virtual VE table seems to have disappeared from the Edit table....?

    Because you now have an actual table.

    It created a "regular" VE table and got rid of the virtual one. That's the whole point of the 2 bar OS upgrades

    If you just want a VE table that goes into boost then you can do that with the virtual VE editor WITHOUT applying the 2 bar OS

    Just click on the "MAP" axis and change the values to whatever you want (on that file that hasn't been upgraded, that is)

    Hello. Until now I have version 2.24.1076 and 2.25.1779. That is the version that worked before the upgrade as described here http://www.hptuners.com/forum/showth...NOUNCEMENT*-**
    Now, due to the release of version 3.0 I must (only for the reason that with the new models of vehicles can not be run by older versions 2.24.) to have version 3.0. In order not to have problems with temporary deficiencies 3.0 I plan to install it on a separate hard drive of my laptop. But as I understand it, the version 3.0 update will make my MPVI to V.120, then my 2.24.1076 will not work and I need to install the latest working version 2.24
    Who know what number latest v.2.24 and can share with me. hptunerssupport reply me that have no

    Try selecting "Repoll for Supported Parameters" in the "Vehicles" menu.

    Virtual VE sucks ....
    why on earth the scale doesn't fit the scanner table en E38.
    Trying to work with it today ... such a waste of time ...

    Can't work with it.
    VVE :
    10->12.5->12 Kpa
    400->600->800 rpm

    Scanner :
    15->20->25 Kpa
    400->800 rpm

    When selecting the MAF PID, it doesn't detect automaticaly the Hz values rows, you have to writte it manually ...
    Just useless...
    I can't delete an axis parameter too ...

    I'm okay to evoluate to the new version ... but during the transition phase and usable version in real world, I need to tune cars ... miss the 2.24 scanner.

    Back away from the ledge :-)....Change the scanner axis to the VVE axis. Right click VVE table (in editor) axis values, pick row or column depending on which one you are on, copy labels. Go to Graph and paste into the axis values. Do for both...now they are the same.

    What do you mean when selecting MAF PID. At worse when you import a 2.24 Histo/graph, you may have to "cleanup" a bit and adding the axis values, once, may be required. Let us know the circumstances of the issue please

    This is extremely easy to fix. You can change the axis labels on scanner or in the virtual VE editor to make them match. Which do you prefer?

    Post the tune and layout you're using and we'll show you how to change it.
