It's super easy to see the 3 pedal position spikes in the logs. It works, you can mark all the spots you want and it also works in 3.0! lol.

Yeah, I've used that in the past, but when doing certain testing I can't do that...

I would rather the hotkey be mappable for it so I can use the spacebar instead. I hate having to use the M, because I all to often hit the spacebar while driving and stop the log.

Agreed - spacebar would be even better. I typically use the icons up top when I want to start or stop logging anyway... Would be much easier to press the spacebar to mark a spot than the "M" key.

Maybe dumb question but I just looked at loading a tune for the first time with 3.0 and want to be clear on this.......

When going to write calibration, it now gives the option to write the ECU and TCM separately. Does it matter if you write one or the other only, or is it best to do both like 2.24 used to do automatically.

Only need to do whichever you've made changes to. Doing both takes a good bit longer and is unnecessary unless you've made changes to engine and transmission stuff

It always took forever to flash on my truck because it had to wait and then do the transmission flash too even if it didn't need it, so I'm glad they added that option

Does that mean you're giving V3 a go???

Yes... going to give it a try... haven't done much yet but so far all seems well.

Why is it that my 3.0 scanner will not correctly display lambda, but 2.24 is fine. Trying to make the switch, but voltage offsets are nowhere near what they should be. 2.24 shows lambda correctly, 3.0 displays it at 10+. End up with v/2.6 + .1 and its still not correct. It is an LM-2 sensor.

Are you using the "standard" output for that wideband or have you changed the settings on the WB? The original output function is around V / 5 + 0.5 so you are a long ways away from that

Keith hope all's been going good. I know people out there are still having issues with the scanner and Fords. This is just something I noticed as of late with it.

If I try to look at individual cylinder knock - kills 90% of the channels as a whole - happens if this is all your logging even with just a couple of other channels

If I try to view too many channels at once - kills 80 to 90% of the channels as a whole

Scanner is slow to get channels "going" - can take up to a full minute to start sometimes - possibly number of channels logging again - is there a limit that we should keep in mind when working with Fords? Also noticed it works better if starting up again the next day if that makes any sense? Possibly something in my laptops memory - not sure how the scanner gets data going...

Anyway just thought I would let you know. Working great as a whole on GM's. Probably just something with Fords comm systems?

Thank You Again for all your hard work on this.

I had 2.24, and I was able to log my injector duty cycle. I have upgraded to 3.0 and I no longer can. This is on a 00 Sliverado. Has this feature been disabled, or am I just missing it somehow?

Injector Duty Cycle is a Math value. You have to log injector pulse width and rpm in your channel list and then duty cycle can be used in all your charts, graphs, or gauges.

Not sure if this is an issue or if someone else can confirm if I'm just crazy?

    Open a log
    Go to any graph
Zoom in by hitting + or the zoom in button a few times
Zoom out as far as you can by hitting the - key or the zoom out button
Select "View zoom data range only" option
    Select "View all data" option

The view data range only and view all data graphs should be the same if you're zoomed out all the way I would have thought? They aren't though

See how some cells are blank in one of these and filled in on the next? Not a huge deal, but I'm curious why they aren't showing the same?

    All.PNG

    Zoom.PNG

Also worth noting is there isn't a single spot in the log where I hit 12psi, yet it still shows 12 psi in the graph for some reason? If I put it on "view zoom range" and scroll through the log with it displaying data for a few minutes at a time, it NEVER shows boost going to 12 psi
