Fans not working is there something wrong with tune?
So I switched from 98 corvette to 99, and everything is working but the fans. . .
Did I miss something in the tune?base tune new CPU (converted)+50idle.hpt

I think you have failed to link the tune file, so no help
coming there.
There is a check-field for fan type (1, 2 e-fan or none)
somewhere in the General stuff. I'd start there. But also
check that your ECT is reading right (some detail diffs
in how those ECT sensor(s) were set up, platform to
platform, I don't know about 98:99 specifically). OS and
harness need to match I think. But also do not neglect
the simple, like fuses.

The file is there. Fan settings look fine. Can you command them on with the scanner bi-directional controls?

How do I do that. I had already checked the fuses and relays, and I put a battery directly to the fans so I know the fans work, the fuses and relays are good.

Ok i tried this at home the low speed fan would come on as directed the high speed would not, but I think I have a bad motor there since it did not run as strong as the other one.

They should both run low speed when Fan 1 commanded and both run high speed when Fan 2 commanded. Also leave Fan 1 on when commanding Fan 2.
