Ve table doesnt respond in the boost (above 105kpa) regions silverado p59 3 bar os

Hello, im having a issue the moment this 2005 Silverado goes into boost Im
having trouble getting the afr to come down to commanded. Ive tried
bringing the ve all the way up to 500 from where its normal in the non
boosted areas. The truck runs great out of boost, just it goes lean in
boost. Ive noticed I cant get over about 12.6 msec injector pulse width and
I cant get the idc above %59 no matter what the ve table is set at.
Its really unresponsive as ive tried high and low numbers, it just always
    stays at about 13.0afr.

I thought at first I had a bad os or something so I swapped map sensors
and went from the 2bar to a 3bar os which didn't change anything.

Then injector data I questioned, so I tried stock data but changed the ifr
which didn't do it, then I went back and verified the data from deatchwerks
    which didn't help me either.

The truck is a returnless fuel setup, but the pressure is dropping some, about 12psi wot, so I
understand the ve table will be higher in boost due to not having a boost
reference regulator. But really I want to see 100% idc before I quit.

Just fyi heres the setup incase it helps somehow.

5.3/4l60e , large cam, procharger 10lbs, deatchwerks 60lb injectos, walboro
    pump stock lines.
