    04 f150 w/ 5.4 misfire logging on scanner

    Friend of mine purchased a 04 crew cab a week or so ago with a bad fuel pump. We swapped the pump assembly out and its running fine except at highway speeds and light throttle, then it starts missing/jerking. This truck is bone stock and I cant figure out how to log the misfires to see which cylinder has a bad coil so we can swap it and test the coil. Can someone please show me how to do that in the scanner? Thanks in advance.
