Bank 1 O2 Sensor Voltage strange

When I looked at a scan today, I noticed the Bank 1 O2 sensor voltage is erratic and much different than Bank 2.

Car has ARH mid length headers and ARH cats.

I assume its a problem. Here are what I think we should check for:

    1) Loose O2 sensor
    2) Loose header bolts at head
    3) O2 Wiring damage
    4) O2 sensor not completely plugged into wiring harness
    5) Cat bolts loose at header collector

    Anything else I should check?

After a few more logs, I am convinced this is not an issue.
