Open those plug gaps up a touch and see if it makes any difference. We'll need a fresh log after words too.

Alright. Yea it doesn't even have to be wot. Just 10lbs of boost makes it start backfiring and everything. Should I try .028?

With your ignition system put them to .035... That should eliminate plugs all together... Look over those new plug wires too. I've seen brand new performance ones get too hot through the heat protection boots and break down... How did that O2 look? Melted or anything? Have any specs on it? Are you running cats still? Still sounding a little exhaust related is why I'm asking...

Yeah I checked them and they still seem good. And I'm speed density tuned too. But the O2 was pretty black but don't look melted. And I have no cats. It made 739 rwhp just last week and i changed plugs and the pcv system and it started backfiring and like hitting a rev limiter more often and then my water pump went out after I got on it and it backfired and everything and it got like 245 degrees and since then it got way worst to where no matter the throttle position if I make 10pwi it starts missing

Any pressure building in the cooling system?

No I've drove it and the coolant tank hasn't overflown or anything and I don't have any white smoke and the plugs look really good.

It did this before i had it tuned .. Then once it was tuned it cleared up for the most part besides every now and then it did it in 2nd gear

Any way you can put that Bank 2 O2 back in the passenger pre turbo location? With that it still sounds too rich... Find it interresting that everything started after the pcv swap? Still have the old one? What kind of wideband are you using and do you trust "it's" reading? Turbo motors usually start spitting like this when they get into the 8's and 9's, sometimes low 10's - reason the bad O2 was seeming more and more like the culprit. I still don't like the bank 2 O2 location... Really think they need to be the same bank to bank. Plug gap change anything at all? Add as many things to the new log as you can. Commanded air fuel and actual air fuel for starters. Maybe some current misfire cylinder pids too that's if the misfires are still original in the tune? May want to put them back OE for diag purposes if not...

well if I put it pre turbo itll still read both banks because the crossover connects the two manifolds. and its reading around 11. but the plugs helped a little bit.

It's still adding 10 percent fuel due to fuel trims in wot = fueling under regular driving not dialed in enough... O2's look way better... Timing still looks really high and it's still pulling about 8 degrees of timing from spark knock. Was the correct map ever installed? Looks like it maxes at 105kpa... Hopefully someone else can chime in on this, but without being there in person or having a second wideband readout to verify fueling, not sure...

How many things have you checked motor wise so far? Compression and so on...

The motor is all good. Compression tested it and everything. Can't exactly tear it down since it's still under warranty. But defiantly not mechanical I wouldn't think. I'm taking it back to my tuner so we can problem solve it out hopefully. Thanks for helping!

Man those logs are rough. I hope your tuner isn't the one who did this tune to begin with.

I posted gen3 as well. But I think I found the problem. The computer is now only reading up to 105kpa. So it somehow reset itself so just waiting for my tuner to email the tune to me and see if that fixes it
