    Lightbulb VCM Scanner Update

I've corrected a few things in our scanner so that a lot of the missing parameters for the newer PCMs (Copperhead and newer) should show up.

Some of the items that now work:

    Idle Desired RPM
    Fuel Pump Commanded DC
    LTIT (
    Commanded Gear
    Desired Gear
    TCC Slip
    TCC PWM Duty Cycle
    PCS A Desired Current
    Trans Input Shaft RPM
    Trans Calculated Gear Ratio
    Trans Output Shaft RPM
    Trans Fluid Temp
    Trans Fluid Temp Sensor
    TCC BiDir State
    TCC Desired Slip
    and more...

LTFT should report properly across the board now as well.

Those are great! Possible to add one more? Fuel pump voltage. It's necessary when adding a Boost-a-pump. Thanks!

There is no PID for this to my knowledge. I will have to add the DMR for each and every operating system that needs it and that is in queue to be done already.
