Formula for AEM 30-4110 Custom UDEIO

I have the documentation for my wideband which includes the voltage to afr/lambda chart. However, I dont know the formula to create the settings needed in the Cutom UDE i/o. I've tried playing with the input linear chart, from 5v/10 and it gets closer when I use .422v/7.312, but its still just a guess.

What is the formula we are supposed to use?

I'd like to stick with AFR instead of lambda for the time being.

    Thanks,

This spreadsheet if for minor changes. My wideband is reading 14.4 at idle, and my HPT is reading 10.4. Something is way off... I made sure to run a ground wire from pin 5 from the MPVI to the same chassis ground that I used for the gauge itself, so it shouldnt be a grounding issue. I'm stumped.

DUH! I didn't see the . Supposed to use .5 and 10 in the scale. I used 5 and 10. Got it tweaked out perfect now. Had to use the voltage offset calculator to adjust for a voltage difference of .25 However the instructions that came with the calculator tell you to adjust in the wrong direction. Had to do the opposite to get it right.

I think the AEM is already listed in the Wideband O2 sensor drop down. I just installed mine last night and it seems pretty accurate, but it doesn't have any adjustments that I know of.

    Thanks,
even how this forum is set up, ugh. not sure if I'm typing n the right spot. anyhow, I have the aem 30-4110 how do I get it to read afr. it has 2 wires a white and a blue. I have the white hooked to term 1 and nothing to the blue. is this why its not reading as AFR? where does the blue wire go they keep sending me the pin out for the tuner and that doesn't tell me shit about where THIS wideband should be hooked up. if you can give any input most ppls answers are so vague. thanks

White goes to input 1 (pin 1) on HPTuners interface

Pin 5 or 6 need to be connected to same ground as gauge is connected to

    Step by step setup:

Post log, channel config, SOMETHING for us to go on

What version were you on and what version did you update to?

Best bet is to just delete the wideband channel and set it back up from scratch. It shouldn't take more than a minute or two at most.
