LE5 w/ K04 Turbo deceleration issue

The problem is pretty simple, whenever I push the clutch pedal in and let the engine RPMs come down, they dip real low, to like 400 rpm, and the car feels like it is going to stall. Then they recover to normal, dip down to about 400 again, come back to normal, and then the engine idles just fine.

On start up, this isn't a problem. It idles fine. Only when you're moving and the RPM is coming down with the clutch in.

What should I be looking at in the scans to tell me where the issue may be?

Did you ever find out what the issue was? I'm having this problem as well as a lean code and a random misfire code on my turbo LE5.
