    6L90E with L98

    I can get brand new 6L90E from a 2014 VF HSV fairly cheap and I was wondering how much work is required to get it running on an L98 that had a 6L80E.

    As far as I can tell, physically and electrically it all just swaps over and the transmission should have a standard tune on it but will the ECU recognise it already or will I have to configure/update/load something else on to make it work?

    I'm assuming that the transmission will have to be told to disable AFM.
