    2015 mustang detonation tipin limit and anticlick tipin torque limits

    First time i see this.

    Detonation limit, without knock retard, happend on quick rev with supercharger on idle, it makes sputter and like missfire, anticlick happens after throttle tip in after decel. Then car dont accelerate few seconds.

    How to get rid of this?

    Check you Spark tab and your Spark Torque Ratio table. I believe the Spark TR table is opposite from the 11-14s, I could check this evening.... The Spark TR needs a 1.00 to kill TM, and the Fuel TR table needs a 0.00.

    Zero out the Tip In table in your Spark Tab.

    Pretty sure "Zero'd" means it is limiting....try 1.0

    No help in this. I zeroed in fuel
    trans truc
    tipin
    tipout
    transshift
    tipin osc

    set 1 in all above in spark.


    Tip in Detonation Ctrl and second is anticlunk tipin tq limit

    What is your CLIP/ADD torque level set to under Airflow, Electronic Throttle?

    There is a good chance there are missing tables still, the 15/16 is still being defined by HPT.

    What i found, that anticlunk is activated for long time when i enter gt500 throttle body data or change torque calculation/inverse tables and don't adjust IPC tq max and min.
    Once they are adjusted, no waiting with anticlunc, but it's still visible in the log. But any small changes in tune and they needs to be adjusted again, that's sick... So still not solution.

    OK, finally after more fight with throttle setting, done, no anticlunk that disturbs, but it's still not disabled.

    It's all with throttle settings. TPS must be adjusted also, this needs to be done so, that max ect angle on wot is 82 deg and without touching pedal 8 deg. This is how i seen gt500 tb reads in my gt500 or in gt with gt500 throttle body. Tps A is from wot position, tps B is from idle position.

    That's big change from prev models, makes life harder...

    Still can't find solution for detonation tipin limit.

    Would be good to know how to disable all this logics with tipin limits...

    Today i tested 2-3 all combination of spark and fuel cut ratio, even disabling tq module completly. It still has tipin detonation limit, ocassional trany limit even if disabled.
    Im curious if thats are EU version only problems as i had no such in 2005-14...

    I doubt all the tables are added yet for 15/16.....some of the existing ones are unlabled, etc... its still Beta.

    Any news here?

    Anticlunk limit is annoying, can't find solution for that. Happens most when hit throttle hard and let off throttle, then sometimes 2-3 seconds it's not possible to accel, Driver Demand Limit Source said Anticlunk...

    And after crank relearn detonation tip in on idle is better.

    OK, i found out, this is realted to throttle settings, F-150 roush settings also don't work correct on mustang 2015. Fix is to raise closed throttle thrsh, i set it to 1.1 and anticlunk problem gone.
    Detonation tip in was caused by changed flywheel, after this crank sensor must be relearned, now customer Roush 2015 runs perfect except 3rd gear trans trunc, but that's another thread.

    Looks it's not gone.
    See attached logs, can't get rid of that. Looks it happens when throttle delta is more than 15% when lift the throttle.
    So when throttle is about 15% open and i take foot off, i can add throttle immediately. But when i add more than around 15% and lift, i can't add
    throttle and log is saying anticlunk tip in limit. It starting to accelerate once i cross around 15% throttle.
    it doesn't happens when throttle is 80%, 100% and i lift to more than 15%, then i can add throttle and it accelerates.
    Crazy...

    Half year ago i got rid of this when i rewritten tune from stock file (Anticlunk). Today i reflashed it back, no mods, and anticlunk is again disabling throttle for very long time.

    Any luck with this? My SHO has always had this problem, but I decided to look into this after someone explained what was actually happening and causing the hesitation (tip In)

    I haven't looked at your logs, but when you lift off the throttle and suddenly open it (causing anticlunk limit to come on) is the throttle blade opening? There is a TIP In ETC management switch under the ETC tab.

    looking at your log the tip in is clearly being controlled by the throttle. For the 2015 mustang under airflow> general> desired airmass logic set managed tip in to 0. Below that you have throttle rate limit, this is what you are disabling.
