Here is my latest tune and log.
So looked at the log. Have you updated the tune so no Rich-After-Flash?

I think you maybe misunderstood me. If the car has been flashed and the ECT is over 130 then you are adjusting fuel incorrectly unless you have modified the tune to deal with the "Rich-After-Flash" issue on every ZL1. There is a table you should Zero out. Update your software to 3.2.37 or later. Under fuel look for Injector Offset vs. Injector Temp. Make sure all the values are ZERO. If you do not you will be tuning your car to be excessively lean under normal driving.

Usually injector tip is worked back down to a low enough number after 10 mins or so of RUN time.. But HPT recently gave us access to the table that causes the whole rich after flash issue, so if you zero that out then it's a non-issue. Still not a bad idea to give it a few minutes, but it's not nearly as bad as it used to be.

OK, zero'd them out. re-flashed, will see how it does tomorrow.

Anything else I should be doing or check for? Do I adjust the AFR and VVE, or one then the other?

I do not know what you mean here. Adjusting the VVE does adjust the AFR in Open Loop. Ftrims adjust the AFR in Closed Loop based on VVE, MAF and PE. What are you talking about adjusting?

If you do not mind I would connect to your computer and give you a table to help you adjust your MAF

Here is a starting point for your MAF. You can just paste the values in the table. Make sure you are using g/s (grams per second)

Red face My most heart felt thanks!

I want to thank everyone very much for helping me! Big huge thanks to Scott (JSLLC) He has helped more than I thought possible! He is also the guy that got HP Tunes to add the fuel injector temp section, could not have got a great tune without this!
The things I learned that all newbies should know.
    1. Be polite these guys help others because the are great people!
    2. After flashing the engine will run rich for 20 to 35 minutes. But car runs lean 2 to 3 minutes after start.
    3. Try to keep air inlet temps consistent.
    4. Load the values from multiple logs in a spread sheet and average them (I did 5).
    5. Change one thing at a time and track changes.
    6. Rename and save the tune after every change (lesson learned the hard way).
    7. Do the first 4 blocks of MAF Calibration for idle, mine was 2,250 to 2,700hz. Then remove first 15 deg. of thottle movement from driving log (. [50090.156]>15) in the function bar. Log will show lean as throttle closes.

My car is at TMS Performance right now having the tuned checked and full throttle pulls done.

Again my thanks to you all! Special THANKS to SCHPENXEL also!
