Are there "nannies" in the LSJ stage tunes?

Sorry guys, I don't know how to word this in Google to give me any results. I'm comfy tuning my own car and I have it running very aggressively NA on e47. I have a friend asking me to flash a stage 2 tune to his Cobalt but I have a question. The LNF stage 1 GM reflash has "nannies" (which aren't supported by HPT for various reasons) removed or changed. Is this the same with the LSJ or is it just the same to modify an otherwise stock tune. I guess I'm asking if there are things in a stage 2 tune from GM that I can't see with HPT.

Sure there are some things that you can't see in the ECM. but HPTuners has a very robust choice of tables under the Torque Management tab for the LSJ. Have fun!
