    P2135 error 2015 Mustang with gt500 throttle body

    Hi

    ITS ABOUT 2015!

    I installed Roush kit and getting this error. Could it be that roush has something more to adjust some voltage corelations in tune that we don't have access?
    i happens even withou starting engine after few throttle blips. It's physically opening not fully and also jumps very quick from for eg 20 to 40% when i slowly use throttle pedal.
    I installed VMP 67mm for test and it's doing this same. Could be wiring is wrong, but i made exactly as they stated in manual.

    Any ideas?

    I rewired it back to stock throttle body and stock works OK. Opens 100% and follows pedal.
    I checked cables with ford diagram, seems to be OK.

    Could it be, that there is some PWM table missing? or Pedal Voltage vs TPS%?

    Thanks, i already have and tunet this throttle body several times. But not in 2015...

    It has something to do in corelation of TP1 and TP2 voltage in throttle body.
    I found that there are few new things in 2015 model:

    TPC Configration
    and here we can choose sensor type from 0-9, also hysteresis/blend zone

    Also TPS Configuration and here is sensor slopes.

    Looks it may be somewhere here...

    Tpc configuration makes that throttle even not working completly.
    Hysteresis/blend zone is helping, with some test values i could make it fully open and even working for 5min. So looks this may be hell to dial it in. Also tps needs to be adjusted,, they has max and min values at half throttle. Maybe previous models had this hidden. Eric?

    Now additional problem comes, 2015 model has throttle tables bigger than any previous models, so effective area and predicted throttle. That makes life complicated. But it's tunable, so time will cure this.

    Another complication is that this PCM pulls timing lot when he see whell torque error. I was trying to disable all checks regarding this without help. Any ideas here?

    I ran into this same issue and same codes. What did you figure out for tps config? I used your negative slope number
    I have TPS A 12.00/15.00/18.00 degrees
    TPs B. 4.50/7.50/10.50 defrees

    Any updates on this? Just changing these two prevented the P2135 codes?

    I have a Ford Racing twin 65mm on my 2012 GT, and get these very intermittently. Only within maybe 5 seconds of startup. Usually I am able to just key off, then on again, wait a few seconds and if the wrench light does not appear, I can start without the issue. Seems to be related to lower battery voltage during the self test. These Motorcraft batteries are garbage.

    You can try adjust TPS slope.
