Ok, im pulling my hair out. Just installed a new motor in a 2007 mustang. Set up the base tune, fired it and LTFT do not populate. I shows it falls into CL, but i get nothing showing up on the scanner. STFT read 0 on start up and idle, off idle they run into the -12 range then stay there. Even at idle. Im still alittle new to ford tuning, could someone give my base file an once over. Maybe i missed something im not seeing. Also including a short log of what its doing.
Here is a list of modifications.
MMR 4.75L shortblock
MMR Stage 2 ported heads ( stock cams/valvetrain )
Cam phaser delete
C&L intake w/no IMRC ( stock TB )
Stock intake and Maff
60lb Ford Injectors
Aeromotive A1000 intank fuel pump
Aeromotive X1 regulator ( set to 40psi no vac reference )
Aeromotive fuel rails
All -8 feed and return lines
Edit: The huge fuel system is for the turbo thats going on it after the motor is broke in.

I am using the old scanner ( non beta ) still nothing. I checked it against a 2005 GT and they work just fine on it. I has to be in the tune. But i dont know where or why. Maybe because im not using factory fuel pump with adaptive voltage? I don't know. Any other insight guys?
maybe they are tied to something else disabled like cat overtemp or one of those. I will have to check mine since I am having the same problem on my 2016.
