Just use the rough tune in the repository. It had my trims within 2% first try

What do you guys tweak to get the fuel trims back to normal after you change injectors to avoid "baking" error into the MAF Curve? I have always wondered how you adjust injector data, seems like it's pretty technical, but then again I don't have a good understanding of the functions of the different injector parameters.

Every thing I have read and been told by instructors, is to use good data for injectors. Leave the tweaking to the 'tooners'.

as said above, you use known good data. there is no good way for the common tuner to properly flow and characterize injectors. you either use stock injectors from a bigger application and steal the injector data from the ford stock tune or use an injector company that gives excellent data for their aftermarket injectors, the only one I know of is Injector Dynamics.

OK, that's what I was thinking. Seemed nearly impossible to tweak injector data and I guess that's because it is.

Ford data will work fine and roush data will work fine as well - roush just took a different route and modified fuel pressure tables.

There are modifiers to offset, slopes, and breakpoint based on pressure. The FRPP sheets were built around 39.15psi (with matching pressure comps) and the Roush was built around 55psi (with matching pressure comps). Both work out to almost exactly the same values.

My new fuel injector test bench runs them at 4bar (58psi) and includes output data with pressure comps built around that, which ends up being almost exactly the same as the two above, but extends to 125psi to work with newer 2019+ cars too.
