Rear o2 and catalyst

We have a clients '03 Corvette in for tuning and emissions. It was tuned previously by another tuner using Diablo, currently it will not pass emissions due to the o2 sensors and catalyst readiness not being met.

I have checked everything in HPTuners (current tuning) and it all looks like they should be reporting correctly?
Ideas?
