Today my car started missing terribly at cruise. The log showed every cylinder and dozens of misfires. It ran fine at idle and on acceleration, only missed at low rpm cruise (closed loop). Also showed that my O2 sensor voltage for both banks was steady from 0 to around 50mv. I reflashed the same tune that was already in the car and it runs like normal now. I have been getting an intermittent O2 switching error code on both banks. Happens like maybe once every couple weeks and started when I got the new tune. My questions are could the major O2 sensor issue I experienced have been a one time thing? I imagine that I probably could have just restarted the car without reflashing the computer and it would have run fine. My other question is that the tuner I used scaled my injector tables, is there any closed loop tables that need to be scaled with regards to the O2 sensors as well? I checked and all of those tables are the same as stock.
