    Traded for a used hp tuners vcm suite

    i traded for a used vcm suite and want to set it up on my laptop..the previous owner cant remember the password..how do i reset this?thanks in advance

    The easiest way by far would be for the previous owner to just have a new password sent to the E-mail associated with their HPT account, then relay it to you, then you use it to sign in and change the E-mail & password for the account. Otherwise you may have to contact: support at hptuners.com

    i have his email info and what he thought was the password but it wont log in

    Cant you have the PO click "forgot password" or "reset password"? Have them give you the temp password.

    I used the email he said he used and it says invalid

    Yes it was friday after 6..i figured i wouldnt get a response till monday or tuesday..

    Correct, we run pretty typical small business hours, we will likely respond by late tomorrow depending on the email traffic we received over the weekend.
