IAT temp calibration for a GM fast acting one

Im running a 2002 0411 pcm with a z/28 A4 cal. Is there any changes that have to be made in the tune for the GM fast acting iat that is from a Typhoon? Temp readings between the iat and ect are off about 10 to 15 degrees at first cold start of the am. Thanks

Same curve / no change. They (IAT and ECT) don't read the same thing; so I wouldn't expect them to match values.

At colder temps the resistance and its change w/ temp
are high, and probably natural scatter in readings is to
be expected. You could check the accuracy with ice
water and boiling water (bearing in mind elevation
effects, or with a high accuracy tie-breaker reading).

You might be able to dig up Typhoon cal-curve info
somewhere. You might be able to insert a known
proper thermistor into the Typhoon housing to get
the same response but better accuracy. But how
big of a deal is it really? 10-15C out of a 300K
baseline, is like 3-5% error (or maybe you run
10.3:1 instead of 10:1 AFR, if speed density only
    mode).

Thanks guys. did a check this morning and they were pretty close to the outside temp, and ready pretty accurately.
