    New Engine, Diagnose Misfires

This is a fresh rebuilt engine with porting of intake and heads, beefed up bottom end but a not too radical cam. When the engine was first started, the spring in the oil pump apparently stuck and the pressure blew out the filter gasket. So the pump was then replaced. There are pretty severe misfires at lower RPMs, and vibration, but gets considerably smoother higher up in the RPMs. Top end torque is good, much better than stock. The misfires seem real, given the rough running of the engine, but the plugs look perfectly clean when checked. Exhaust is clean. There is only about 200 miles on the engine so far. Oil has been changed twice, the second time looked like new, the first time just darker but no particles in it. I included a scan file monitoring misfires on each cylinder, along with the config. file. I need someone to look at that, and give opinion on all possible causes of the misfires. Thanks in advance.
