Initial Tune for Newly added SC

I have just finished doing a little work to my vehicle and would like some advice on what to look out for, or what to do before initial startup. The vehicle has a 411 computer that ran great before the upgrades, so what do I need to do before I try to startup the motor? Here are the vehicle stats.

2000 Escalade
5.7 vortec
Edelbrock Super Victor intake
90mm ls2 throttle body
42lb @ 3bar injectors
Fuel pressure set to 45lbs currently.
Powerdyne Supercharger
411 computer with a mail order factory tune
No egr (will be wiring wideband here)
No maf
IAT post throttle body. (Only spot to locate)
BOV vented to atmosphere
2bar map sensor

Currently, I have the new injector data entered, although the 411 changes the data to the nearest hex number. Maf settings have not been altered yet, so what do I need to turn off or set to fail etc. VE table is at 75% throughout.

Any help on setting up a histo for initial startup will be greatly appreciated. I'm sure idle will be an issue upon startup.
