having problems with ve tuning please look at the tune

This is a 90s model truck with a 6.0 swap 4l80e swap. It has Deatwerks 42 lb fuel injectors and a ms3 cam I believe. It was original mail order tuned by the individual who made the wiring harness. The tuner didn't dohe segment swap for the 4l80 and this is why the customer brought it to me because of the transmission issue. Now it is running rich and still not at its power potential. Im used to seeing ve tables in the 30 to 80 range or so but this one is in the tens of thousands. If I copy in a different ve table out of another cammed truck it wont even run. When I try to tune the ve with the scanner it reads about -9 to -13 in every cell. After I add this histogram to the ve table and rescan it still reads the same over and over again. Please help

    6.0 tbi swap 8.hpt

I had to use beta to do the segment swap and now it wont let me use 2.24. Also it was like that on 2.24 before I used beta

You're supposed to multiply the afr error histo results to the ve , not add
    2001 Z06 : 856/830 : Built LQ9 403ci : D1SC 17psi : Self-built , self-tuned.

Why is your cylinder volume set so low?

    As well, if it's a 6.0/4l80e, then why use a 5.3/4l60e VIN?

Probably not. The VE table looks weird. I've never seen one like that on any 00 truck that I've done, which is well over 100 of them. All of them I've seen, had numbers from say 30-105, not into the thousands. I'm not sure if it's the beta or the tune, because I'm also not able to correct it.

I would say f'it, and flash it with your tech2, to a known 6.0/4l80e program and start over.
