    Histograms all cleared out!?

Im just starting to write my 3 bar SD tune on my 2002 Silverado. I was about to create a AFR Error histogram but some how all the normal histogram data has been wiped out. When I go in to reconfigure them the "Insert Table" is completely blank.
    What am I missing here?
Heres my config and a screen shot of the empty Insert Table box

You don't appear to be connected to the vehicle. Cable status is blank, Unknown ID:0.

Try starting the log recording before attempting to update PIDS. It has to scan the vehicle for changes before it'll allow your to bring in any changed items. Make sure vehicle voltage is good. Make sure you did a full write when changing OS's. If it still gives you crap, disconnect your cable from both ends, reconnect, retry. If needed, disconnect cable again, restart computer and disconnect battery ground for 30 seconds and retry.

I appreciate the input but none of that seemed to help. Having the same problem even after updating my 2.24 software and with an old config that worked flawlessly in the past.
    Any other ideas?

I haven't been watching any log files while attempting to get this done.
I'm stumped, I would love to be able to tune my truck

Documents>HPTuners>VCM Scanner>Vehicles - Delete all the files in that directory. The scanner will re-poll the vehicle when you connect the scanner.

Try and take an info log and be sure the interface is communicating with the PCM. You may have a driver issue or your OBD II port power is dead. Whne you plug the interface into the port without the usb connected to the laptop, does the power light come on?

    I second this post ;-)
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

Deleted everything in the 'Vehicles' folder as suggested, still no cookie.

Just tried to scan the truck with the basic 'Imperial config' that comes with the software on a different laptop and it seems that I'm still having the same issue here.
Could the new 3 bar operating system be causing some sort of issue with being able to be scanned?

You can't insert a pid AFTer you've already started scanning.

Yes, I was just showing that none of the histograms work even on another laptop and even with a default config.
Never had this issue until I loaded the new OS

I was able to flash the Pcm back to stock with an MDI and GM programming. Then flashed my tune back in with HpTuners and still no luck being able to log data properly in the scanner.

I cannot create a histogram as the "Insert Table" is completely blank.

Try using the Beta scanner and see how it works out. I have a feeling it will work fine. Also try updating your VCM suite as well.
