How can I drive with Ethanol ?

you have to tune it ... (mainly AFR commanded and timing). The table you are looking at is stoich AFR (Fuel->General)
LPG + Ethanol ... be cautious.
Some LPG System are looking to PCM AFR commanded ... so you can mess with LPG AFR commanded. (which should remains to 15.5).
Prins System is okay from my experience
