    Bad ecm?

Coolant shows -38? when scanning....switch ecms and it reads 86?. The ECM in question is a 0411 that had a 3 bar SD tune in it and was reflashed with a stock 5.3 file to tune from. The car is a rambler wagon with a 5.3 and 224r cam, just trying to start idle tuning on it. I tried putting the 3 bar OS back in and it still shows -38?. We put in two other coolant sensors known to be good and no change. Other ECM is the only way we can get it read correctly. So is it safe to assume the ecm is the problem? Or could I be missing something?

    Thanks.

Nope, same config same units...the other ecm showed 86, air temp in the shop was 87. Ecm in question showed -38 all other things being equal.
