I'm currently in the process of rebuilding the bottom end of my engine (staying same displacement) and also upgrading the top end on it while having the engine out.

Previously the car was tuned for a 223/230 cam with a FAST 102 and ported 243 heads and ran very well. I'm putting in a slightly larger cam (226/230), keeping the same intake and also adding some aftermarket heads which flow a good 15-20cfm better accross the board.

I'm wondering if such upgrades will require alot of changes to the tune, especially at idle? Like I mentioned, the cam is just a tad bigger but it actually has less overlap due to a wider LSA and the heads flow more.

I plan on increasing the idle RPM and adding a bit to the base running airflow and the VE tables but that's about it. Anything else that I may be missing?
