Attached is a log and config file I use to log trips in the car. The issue starts right around the 7 minute mark. I have a 2002 Z28 with a stock 4L60E. I've tuned the shift tables, TCC duty max/min and the force motor a bit to get the shifts I wanted. However, I started getting into messing with it when I noticed that the torque converter seemed to unlock or partially unlock on the highway.

At about 75-80MPH, while cruising down the highway, the converter will show a TCC slip RPM of ~200rpm while locked. This does normally seem to happen on slight inclines, or when the MAP/TPS values raise slightly from steady state.

Is this normal operation or is it a tuning/hardware issue? Does anyone have this issue?
