issue with trans not shifting into proper gear 4l80e swap on lq4 w0411 pcm

here my deal. new build. 6.0 lq4 runs and idles perfect.
4l80e trans drives ok in first once it shifts it feels like its in 3rd or 4th.
all ive done is repin the pcm wires and repin the plug harness at the trans.
selected the option in hptuners for 4l80e. segment swap done.

did you install relay to reverse polarity .if so check current to relay .mine lost current one time only 2nd & 3rd gear

ive noticed a lot of folks dont post back what their problems were or how they "fixed it".
here is my contribution to the community.
4l80e was basically limited to 2nd and reverse.
it turns out the seller had jacked it up by the rear pan and crack the A solenoid.
how did i figure it out. went to junkyard and grabbed a harness trans only plug with about 5 ft of wiring.
tapped power and ground each solenoid to hear a click. only the tcc and one solenoid clicked.
dropped the pan and boom cracked solenoid was there staring at me.
hope this helps someone in the future.
