2013 F-150 Edelbrock supercharger timing limiter?

Hello,

I am in the middle of tuning a 2013 f-150 5.0 with an edelbrock supercharger and long tubes. It's not making much power because I've hit a wall with the tune and cannot get it to allow more than 13 degrees at WOT regardless of my commanded timing and changes iat tables and other various timing tables. All torque management is disabled. I've attached a copy of the tune and a quick log. I'm wondering if there is a missing table limiting my timing.
I've not had this issue with any other Fords to date using HP.

I see cylinder pressure limit table has low values up top in it. That could be it.

I didnt look too deeply though.
