2004 Neon SRT4 how to upgrade the OS?

A friend of mine is upgrading his turbo to a stage 3 AGP kit and I'm helping him with the ecu flashing. So far I realize that there's a stock OS (05029415AF) and a Mopar Stage 3 (04510861AA) that looks more appropriate for this application (parameters and tables look better).

Is there a way to upgrade the OS of this ecu? Is it possible using HPtuners? Or should I keep the stock OS and try apply the most that I can from the Mopar's calibration?

Don't bother, the stage 3 kit from AGP flows WAY more than the stage 3 turbo from Mopar and is going to come externally gated. Go the regular tuning routes for adjusting your injectors, VE tables, and desired torque.
