I can't make this any easier short of driving to your house and doing it for you.
I just put STFT1 in the first screenshot as an example--you can use AFR error or whatever PID you want to use depending on what you're doing.

I would also recommend looking through the help file for assistance in using the scanner and setting up Histograms. There seems to be some fundamentals missing here.
