Talking Somethings not quite right and i cant pinpoint it

Hey Guys, So im having a couple issues.
First of all on start up im getting a mild miss on one cylinder during start.

But the bigger issue i have noticed is i am running super rich.
I cant quite find the issue. im having issues with backfire during down shifts and i have noticed during a shift im getting a slight rpm flare up.
Hopefully some one can aim me in the right direction.

Attached are my copy of the tune i currently am using.
    A cold Start Log File
    A Typical driving Log file
And A Hard run Log File.

Specs on the truck are a 01 5.3L out of a silverado 1500.
Computer is from a 2002 avalanche.
The motor has a Custom intake. 4" all the way to the Throttle Body.
Im running Sanderson Short Headers 1 5/8"
And Milidon Deep Sump oil pan.
The motor is in a 05 Blazer ZR2 with a NV3500 Behind it.

At the moment these are all the mods i remember.

Any Guidance is appreciated normal driving.hplrun 1.hplidle log 1.hpltest2.cfggru4.hpt

Your airflow models are all stock as is most of the tune. The 4" custom intake will totally change the air flow, so your maf curve needs to be completely redone. Find a guide on maf tuning and follow it. Then do the same for your VE.
