The log file is missing.
The Engine -> Fuel -> Power Enrich -> EQ Ratio (Gas) is flat. You might look at increasing this to richen it.
Need a log to say for sure. Increasing EQ ratio table will make it richer, but is (more than likely) the wrong way to go about it.
