    Vats Passlock

Buds 2001 Silverado is having Vats problems. Suspect wiring or key cyl. Tried the old resistor trick but can't get a steady Ohm reading to
find out the value. So I was looking at the tune file and don't see a Vats patch in the OS tab but in the Sys-general tab I can select Serial-PWM or
None. Is that all I need to do? Select None in that tab and do I need to write entire? Then no more trying to relearn the BCM- Key on- off-on, ARGH.
    THanks

Yup, just set it to none and write calibration only has worked everytime for me. If not try write entire.

Depends on if it won't crank, or if it cranks, starts, then dies. If the latter then yes that is all you have to do.

Sweet! Yep it cranks and fires then dies. Security light comes on solid.
    Thanks
