    Application key & password problem

    Hi I purchased the scanner and have installed the software fine but don't have the application key so can't go any further. I've emailed HP Tuners a few times but not sure if your getting my emails from my hotmail & mobile me accounts which have the picture of the scanners serial number as you've requested.

    Could one of the admin team please pm me or send the key to my email?
